Who has more chakra, 3rd raikage or Kisame?

Ive been wondering this for a while. There is no doubt in my mind that kisame and the 3rd raikage are the two ninjas in series who have the most chakra reserve, excluding jinchuricki's.

Now the question is who has the most out of these two?
Ill start with kisame.

Deva realm or nagato claimed that kisame has the most chakra reserve in akatsuki this is by no means a small feat considering there are quiet a few akatsuki members who have a chakra rating of 5/5.

Also lets not forget that its deva realm (nagato) who said this and i need not tell you have much chakra reserve nagato himself has.

Now the 3rd raikage. He was said to have fought 10,0000 ninjas for 3 days and night. I need not tell you how much chakra reserve you have to have to do this. No doubt jinchuricki chakra reserve level. Kabuto also used him as a stalling tactic

Dodai commented he is the only person to compete face to face with a bijuu (excluding the sage). He actually fought the third strongest tailed beast and draw. I need not tell you how much chakra reserve you have to have actually fight a tailed beast.

Off topic, but I think Jiraiya could also be considered as having large chakra reserves. I don't know if he could rival Kisame or the 3rd Raikage, but Pa commented on how only people with large chakra reserves like Naruto (in Pa's own words) could even use Sage Mode. This came from having to have enough personal chakra to balance the massive amount of natural energy

You are right i shoudlve given shout outs to jiraiya, nagato and A. But not even two 3 have more chakra than those two that ive named. Also as i said nagato who was talking through god realm said that kisame had the most chakra and this is nagato himself talking considering he has shit loads of chakra himself.

Anyway tbh i really have no clue out of these two thats why i created the thread.

Only 30% of his chakra and he had Neji surprised like that and Neji even compared him to Kyuubi Naruto. >_>

The 3rd was tough but maybe he ran out of chakra earlier then 3 days but just used taijutsu. I say this because his body was tough (as said by the 8 tails)

Exclude samahada because that isnt fair. Even without it he has noted to a stupidly large chakra reserve.
