Kakashi and Naruto are the obvious answers so I'm going to say Tsunade. She is the strongest kage (in the fight right now, not overall) and is putting up a good fight.

Minato. When I actually saw him in combat. So fast. After him it's lee in part 1 and then naruto of course.
for me its;
Kakashi...... being able to use his sharingan for so long and even tried to kamui 5 TTBs.
Darui........ for his raiton and being able to defeat Kin Gin brothers with few assist.
Chouji........ his butterfly mode without any pill.
Sai........... for his sealing technique.

That would be Rock Lee. Kid had only enough Chakra to live and so Ninjutsu and Genjutsu were out and he was near the breaking point of giving up until he met Maito Gai.as the title goes, who has impressed ya in the episode and the manga?
Now he's a hardcore Taijutsu specialist with the ability to open the Eight Celestial Gates.
