I'll say Madara though. Karin amongst other have noted how cold Sasuke's chakra can be, but seeing as even Tobirama remarked on the darkness of Madara's, I'll go with that.

Sasuke's chakra is not dark anymore. His hatred has cooled down. And Madara is not even living to compare their chakras. But if you talk about their chakras when Madara was living i.e. end of war, I presume Sasuke's chakra was darker by the time he fought Naruto at VOTE 2. He was completely consumed in hatred and evil.
