I don't like Naruto's powers. Its always just a Rasengan in the end. My vote goes for Sasuke.

If you like resengans with a ton of elements. Then naruto.

If you like wind jutsu. Then Danzou.

If you like sharingan and rinnengan. Then Sasuke..
