Who has caused the most harm to the Ninja World?

Out of these troublemakers or 'peacekeepers' we've been shown so far, who actually cause more harm than good to the peace of the ninja world?

This is more about the history of the show, like who caused wars in the past, why do certain villages hate each other? Who is to blame for how the world is presently in the Narutoverse.

I personally blame Danzo & Hanzo among other ninjas.

I'm talking about the history of the Narutoverse, grudges and past world wars etc. Hiruzen, Danzo & the Elders are more to blame for how things are in some ways rather than some old man Madara...

Probably Madara Uchiha.....mind blew Obito....genjutsu BS'ed Nagato.....effectively established the roots of Akatsuki. Had ties in controlling the Mist leading to the Bloody Mist and killers like Zabuza (thoufh he changed )

If he had been more co-operative things would have gone far better....


HOWEVER: In the recent chain of events, Danzo has done the most active problems as of late!

Indirectly Madara caused almost everything bad.

Danzo, some say, did it a lot bad.

Obito is probably the most direct cause of evil in today's generation.

Rin/Kakashi technically caused it too, so they are at fault indirectly.

And Hashi left Madz alive so indirectly it's ALL his fault as well.

Onoki used Akatsuki for criminal acts against villages, Danzo killed Yahiko to provide incentive to Obito to recruit them, massacred uchiha clan for eyes, and did plenty of shady dealings to claw his way to top.

Let's not even forget Raikage's attack on Konoha when he led a small faction to obtain nine tails, or that Akatsuki originally originated from Mist. How does this translate into Madara's doing? Seriously? Whatever these nations have been doing to clamp down on others by constantly using terrorism, attacks, genocides is unfurling before them now. They have had it coming for a long time now. I have no sympathy for them.

Oh I totally agree, I was just putting forward a reason why people keep saying Madara. I honestly don't believe the Senju OR the Uchiha are innocent- the entire point is that their clashing (dating back to the Elder's sons) is the reason why the hatred spread and has come to entire nations trying to kill each other. The whole idea of a ninja is wrong.

I don't blame Madara but I can't say the same for Obito. Obito didn't really get 'influenced' by Madara did he? He got POISONED. He seems to do it for his personal reasons and he doesn't even consider Madara an ally so I doubt he's carrying through Madara's cycle COMPLETELY.
