I've rarely seen sasuke engage in taijutsu. Lee bases his whole life on taijustu. Lee is better no doubt.

Well Idk Sasuke was able to match Kakashi in taijutsu even though he was kind of blind and Kakashi had his sharingan activated. Lee with gates would win no doubt but without it Idk.
