Naruto. He's turned villains away from evil just by having one conversation with them. I mean come on, Nagato was evil for years and then Naruto just talked to him about a book and was nice...Nagato gave up his life and committed suicide to revive the people inhabiting the village which killed his parents. :/
He also brought an entire shinobi world together just by talking to them whereas there have been wars for years between them.

Sasuke didn't "absorb the nine tails chakra" he suppressed a little amount that was leaking from the seal.
