Unrestricted Obito would have meant the end of Narutoverse. Unrestricted Maddie is a fairy tale, he had access to all his power, he failed to use them properly, unlike Obito who had his Kamui taken away as a JJ just to keep things fair.

Kishimoto restricted Kamui because Naruto and Sasuke were not strong enough. In Madara's case, they obtained the Sage's powers. Pretty sure Obito wouldn't have done well even with Kamui if he went against current Naruto and Sasuke.

Maddie was never restricted by anyone post edo tensei. He had access to all of his powers. The fact that he failed to use them properly is a whole other story. Kishi just took away Kamui from Obito yet he let Maddie use it as a JJ. And you're just biased towards your own favorite, thing that is understandable .

And what exactly is the reason he didn't use them? Exactly, Kishimoto knew that if Madara were to go all out, he would neg anybody.

However, DMS Juubi Jin Obito is above everybody, even Kaguya since her dimension switching is not going to help her against Obito, he can ebat everybody bar Madara since he has the perfect counter to Obito, Limbo.

kamui is useless against Kaguya,even if he suck her in Kamui dimension she can shift dimension and
