Hard to say....I think for individual themes Akatsuki.

Kakuzu's theme had a vibe of impending power and malice, and then Kakuzu proceeded to march with ancient power.

Pain had the theme that nicely matched his god complex structure.

Hidan had his statistically altered cult like Organ playing.




Bleach only really had The Power to Strive for Grimmjow, and Nubra Nega for the Espada in General... That and Clavier De Espada.



Though OVERALL OST....I think Bleach would take it.
