Sasuke worked harder than Naruto and for longer.

At 7/8 Sasuke learned the fire style jutsu,and at 13 the chidori,that's two nature transformations.Naruto didn't even know what nature transformation was until he was 16 and learn his first one.

Naruto mastered the Shadow Clone jutsu at 12 but didn't know how to do any of the other ones like Sasuke who was always at the top of the class.Infact during the Uchiha flashback in their fight ot shows Sasuke always practicing.


By 12 Sasuke was skilled in fire style,had great usage of ninja tools and had good speed and Taijutsu,as noted by Kakashi during the bell exercise.Kakashi didn't need to lift a finger against Naruto.

They both learned the tree climbing exercise (chakra control) at thr same time amd mastered it at the same time aswell
At 13 Sasuke learned the Chidori his 2nd nature transformation in a month,aswell as greatly improved his speed and taijutsu.Naruto just learned the summoning technique and still wasn't able to use it reliably.Then he learned the Rasengan in about 3 weeks.

Sasuke obvoiusly worked harder during the timeskip,his skills improved way more than Naruto's.Naruto worked harder in part 2 - that was due because he needed to catch up to sasuke.He learned Rasenshuriken in 3 weeks and Sage
mode in 1.while Sasuke learned how to use his MS and EMS.

Sasuke's worked harder and overall more.Naruto's worked more in part 2 - which Sasuke didn't have to do cause he was already top teir.

if you're trying to say that Naruto and ashura are exactly the same you're wrong, that's not what reincarnation is, also it doesn't matter if Sasuke was talented or not, that doesn't mean naruto worked harder then him, especially sense Naruto already had unbelievable chakra and power as a kid, you're basically agreeing to the whole destiny thing
