Handle or control? You used Naruto fighting Kurama but the others were pretty much subduing them. Naruto works with all 9 Bijuus if he wants and can use their abilities. Madara and Obito controlled Kurama to fight for them using only their 3T while Sasuke and Itachi said they need MS for the same feat. Madara with 1 eye subdued all 9 Bijuus just like Sasuke did but Sasuke's 1 Rinnegan should be greater than Madara's 1 Rinnegan so with both eyes Madara probably can do the same feat. Obito said it was difficult to control the Bijuus, the 1 Rinnegan eye was too much for him.

actually Naruto has defeated 8 of tail beast, he faced the one tails early in part 1 Won, he faced Kurama to gain his chakra: Won , he faced the tailed beast blitz by obito :Won
