For me it's pretty clear, it was Obito. His defeat was the real deal! This is how a real final Villain gets defeated. Unlike Madara.
Also, Obitos fight against Naruto & Sasuke was so Epic it was amazing. Not only he fought against the 2 but he fought against the whole ShinobiWorld. What the hell was that of Madara? He did like two Lightnings then he run away. Duh. ._.

Obito, It took the entire shinobi alliance to pull the Bijuu's from him, Madara was impaled by a fcking Zetsu and he had a stronger Juubi, 2 Rinnegan and The Shinju's eye :|
