Which would'nt be a problem if Sasuke's chakra reserves were bigger than Hashirama's.To put things in perspective: Hashirama said BM Naruto has just as much if not more chakra than he does,RM Naruto is a chakra titan at this point and he has'nt tired once since getting his half of Hagoromo's chakra while Sasuke had to 'rest' at several points.

If Sasuke had more chakra than Hashi that should've put him on BM Naruto's level of chakra reserves and he would'nt have to rest his eye all the time when not in use.

Sasuke only has his natural chakra reserves and Hagoromo's chakra. Don't compare the two.

Lol? The manga straight up STATES that he extracted the Juubi, split its chakra and then created the nine Bijuu via CoAT first, and then sealed the Mazo. He extracted the Bijuu, and was weakened but lived due to the Gedo Mazo. So when the Bijuu were extracted, the Mazo was still in his body. The Mazo can't come out before as it is the Juubi, just with no chakra, and it can't come out at the same time as Hagoromo would die.

It was obviously afterwards. There is no speculation here. Just manga fact.

Chakra drain doesn't get any better or any worse the more chakra you have. Sasuke closing his eye means that it takes a lot of chakra to maintain it, and/or that he doesn't want to waste any chakra due to the position they are in.
