Itachi purposely made sasuke to fight at full power and he made him fighting until last Chakra he had because itachi wanted to seal orochimaru and remove him from sasuke's body.

They both had it hard.At first i'd say Sasuke since Itachi was planning to lose no matter what,while Nagato was planning to win,but had to hold back so he wouldn't kill Naruto.

But then i say this comment.

Great point.Itachi pushed Sasuke to his limits.Sasuke passed out from exhaustion afterwards,while Naruto wasn't pushed that far.
