NARUTO: Born a Jin......had no freinds, no family, hate by everyone most of his childhood, hated himself, constantly alone, bullied by he villagers,

SASUKE: Happy family was killed by his brother, was respected as a uchiha, treated like royalty by almost everyone, was alone, became an ADVENGER

CONSIDERING WHAT EACH WENT THRU WHO DO YOU THINK HAD IT HARDER AS A KID NARUTO OR SASUKE???

Naruto because he was constantly hated by the villagers and he had to prove himself to everybody. Everybody thought he was a failure and he even thought about taking revenge at such a young age. His whole childhood he suffered alone. Sasuke had a family at least. Yes family being killed was a horrfic experience but at least he had attention. Naruto had no one. Sasuke chose his path as an avenger whereas he could have asked the 3rd Hokage the truth, maybe he would have told him. Naruto takes this in terms of rough childhood.

Well i was going to say sasuke because he had experience love before getting that stolen away from him.

But the fact that he was happy before also made his life a lil bit better.

Naruto has ALWAYS been treated like a monster. Only up until AFTER the pain arc where he finally had a break.

So naruto.

Obviously Sasuke. His entire village, his family and friends, were all slaughtered by his brother. And Itachi used Tsukoyomi to show Sasuke his killing of their parents.
Anyone saying,"Naruto." Is either an orphan themselves, or they haven't thought through what it would be like to lose everyone they cared about overnight in a bloody slaughter.

EDIT: And to add personal experience to this, I've never known my father. Have I cared? Not really. Sure, when I see a kid and his father playing catch or something, I wonder how that bond felt. However, it doesn't hurt as bad as it would if I know my father and he was killed in front of me. (Repeatedly might I add via genjutsu)

2nd EDIT: As for being hated... I'm an openly atheist teenager, living in the bible belt. I know what it feels like, to be treated like a monster. You can hang with certain kids because of the way their parents see me. The stares I get from them, and the kids after their parents tell them their own twisted definition of atheists...it's rough. But If I saw my mothers decapitated, and my whole town dead...that's what I'd be destroyed most over.

Naruto had it harder. But Sasuke did receive more/big trauma from losing his family but he was not hated.

This is a completely subjective thread so there is no wrong or right, but I would have to say Naruto because IMO never experiencing happiness in the first place is worse than having it then losing it. You can't just say what you don't know you can't miss either, because Naruto knew what it was like, just had never experienced it; similar to a homeless man seeing healthy and prosperous people on the streets but never being able to reach that health and prosperity.
To me never experiencing the love or even respect of someone else is one of the worst positions I could imagine myself in; complete loneliness.

Imo it's harder to have known love and then lose it, than to have never known love at all... Because at least then you get used to it, but then if you knew love, you begin to open up just to get shut down and broken...

That's your opinion m8. I rather have known my parents than not know them at all. At least i'd be able to cherish those memories.

Yeah and I'd rather have no memory of then at all than to live believing that I was not even worthy of death by my parents side
