Who had a better Part one outfit than in Part 2?

Neji of course, his part 1 outfit was way better and more badass than a skirt on white pyjamas.
Ino was better and more ninja-ish with part 1 attire, and it was more matured.
I hate the huge sack of fabric that Sasuke wraps his ass with, his booty looks 3 times bigger, and that purple rope is just...it looks way too heavy, thick and obnoxious; his both part 1 attires (the black one and white-dark blue one) are better than part 2 ones.
Naruto looked cooler with his part 1 outfit.
I liked Lee's light blue-gray outfit when he first became a genin, it is better than green tights.
