IMO, I say Kimimaro, Orochimaru and Nagato (number one in this thread) was trolled but not Itachi.

Itachi wasn't trolled in my opinion as he wasn't seriously fighting Sasuke, therefore his illness didn't affect his decision. But, Itachi was very young and also very powerful so if he was fighting Sasuke seriously, I'd call him a trolled character as it would have been an unfair battle.
Kimimaro would have killed Gaara and Lee if he lived for about... five more seconds? xd He was also ( imo again xd ) one of the strongest Shinobi's who had a lot of potential and died young.
Orochimaru only lost to Sasuke because he was dying. imo, Orochimaru could have killed Sasuke back then if he wanted to and was well enough to do so.
Nagato was killed by Naruto's most powerful Justu: Talk-No-Justu.. xd And after death, he was sealed by Itachi as quick as a flash and was also still sick as an Edo.. -.-

Sasuke was still left defenseless at a point in the fight, Oro should have just killed him instead xd
