I love how you assume that's the only way Naruto can win. You put way too much stock on Amaterasu my friend, it's a beast technique but this is the juubi. The progenitor of all things that exist in the Naruto universe. Those black flames are probably cute to the juubi.

All in all both of them are going to get destroyed by the Juubi, regardless.
But In terms of delaying their inevitable death I would say Naruto would last longer, because Sasuke's susanoo would just be pimp slapped by the Juubi

Sasuke one shotted 8 tail why the jubi cannot be one shoted?Amaterasu can be travel in air and it can instantly pop up on oponent when the user directly target his/her oponent.Since the Jubi is huge,blaze release will help sasuke to spread the flame over the jubi entire body

As u said ,Kakashi can easily warp the Jubi with Kamui base on manga.While amaterasu work similar to Kamui base on short distance and long distance attack.I sure Sasuke will take down Jubi since it will be an huge or an easy target
