Tobirama gave off the most impressive chakra aura I've seen in the show so far after he was revived....twice

Sharingan by itself if you have no knowledge isn't very intimidating, and Itachi's MS is the same.

Naruto's seal breaking though makes him look scary and he starts growling, growing fox nails and fangs and gets more intense whiskers and stuff, that's scary.
And Kakashi lifting his eyeband is more intimidating because he's an adult ninja with an eye scar and a mask. Usually people who conceal their identity have more power in confrontations.
