I'm expecting Sasuke to get his power-up first. We still haven't seen anything close to his full power IMO.
Note that I've already seen the leak of chapter 643, the translation so far makes me think that Minato and Naruto will do a combination attack of sorts. Naruto actually getting the other half of the Kyuubi will be postponed for a little while IMO.
