orochimaru did attempt to summon minato. this can be found to be revealed in the fight and kabuto explains this to tobi during the edo tensei process explanation. also. when hiruzen uses the RDS on orochimaru, hiruzen states it is a jutsu orochimaru has never seen before and orochimaru is shocked to hear the jutsu belonged to the fourth hokage and the user dies, and as well as the revelation he gets afterwards that it was the same seal that was used to seal away the nine tails

the third hokage locked the 1st and 2nd's souls in the reaper along with his self in the fight with Orochi, the fourth was already in the reaper from the fight with karama so all 4 hokage's souls were in the reaper, that thread just said they couldn't be brung back edo, yet Orochi brung them all back edo so what the hell

orochimaru unsealed the hokages souls, only orochimaru could do it because it takes your soul for sealing and unsealing the reaper and then orochimaru was able to switch his body and survive the process in time

i said minato couldnt be summoned because he was in the reapers belly , but your to busy trying to troll you did nt see it.

i also said that hiruzen appeared to stop orochimaru from bring up the last coffin not the fact that he tried to summon minato

Slightly off topic, but:

I don't think anybody found Madara's actual corpse. Remember, Madara died in his base, which is now Obito's base. Madara's body is guaranteed to be kept under highest security easures. I highly doubt Kabuto could just walk in there and scavenge the place without Obito and the Zetsus noticing it.

Kabuto probably got his DNA from somewhere and something else...
