More like who thinks itachi and saskue are the 2nd strongest ninja of all time? Becuase they have to be in that rank if they fought and won the fight against kabuto.... Edo tensi is his justu yes, just not the bodys, its not his personal colection, becuase those dead ninja are clasified in obvosly one of the top naruto ninja lists there. Its like taking someones sharigan and claming the power for your own. But it has to be madara is the 2nd strongest ninja..... he obvosly knew some secret of the edo-tensi to make a justu that he can't disapear after kabuto released the justu. 1st strongest ninja always has to be the sage of 6 paths, always. Becuase if your going to use that exuse "well try soloing kabuto with his entire edo army!" so um.... how so that a solo fight? And face it, madara can solo all those dead ninja easy... So face the facts already, tired of people ranking kabuto as a high ass rank becuase of his edo tensi and sage mode.

Kabuto cannot solo with edo cause he need to prepare them and he need to hide so he could use his trum card to control them

not quite... as of now no... of all time he is top 10 material. His Sagemode is indeed a threat. A lot of his abilities is with help of Oro research tho... he did research too but oro is the mastermind behind alot of it. he wasn't a born genius he trained for it witch is why people respect him.

Think of it like this. In a chunin exam there is a tournament and edo tensei is not classified as a kinjutsu in the shinobi society
Would it be fair if the rules said you could use edo tensei in your fights? Myself I don't think so. There would be restrictions for something like this
since you wouldn't be fighting alone

I agree that it isn't fair, but it doesn't change the fact that they are his summons.
