Who else hates the Cloud Village?

Their history with the other villages is why the villages hired Akatsuki. They try to get the power of Byakugan, take the Nine Tails and Kushina even though they already have 2 tailed beasts... they just look for trouble and try to cause a war. How can the other villages not fight against them? Is it that the Raikage are as strong as a beast?

The sand village doesn't start sht and try to act like they didn't do sht. All they have is lightning I bet the Raikage's Taijutsu without Lightning is pure ass. Idk who's the second most trash village. Either Mist or Leaf

They've harrassed other villages especially the Leaf. They want a treaty but sneak up at night like snakes. That's why their scum. They should have gone to war and finished them off from the start.
