Who doesn't do what they want? (In general) (For Sasuke fans)

I thought about something this morning. A lot of Sasuke fans say that they like Sasuke because he says and does what he wants. There's nothing wrong with this and I am not trying to bash Sasuke. I do however, have one question:

How does this make Sasuke different from just about anyone else (besides those who are repressed)? Who in general doesn't do what they want? Take Shino for instance: He likes to study bugs in his free time, so he studies bugs. That is doing what he wants. Look at Forest Gump. He wanted to run across the country, so he ran. That is doing what he wants.

If I say, "bagels taste good", I am saying what I want. If Spongebob wants to eat a krabby patty and he does so, that is doing what he wants.

Tell me then: What is it that makes Sasuke so much different from Shino or Spongebob or Forest Gump? Everybody pretty much does what they want if they have the opportunity.

Sasuke is ambitious and stops at nothing to get what he wants. Plus, he's dynamic whereas characters like Shino have been doing the same repetitive shit from part 1.

People hate sasuke because they lack the simple human trait of placing themselves in another persons shoes.

That and the ones who like sasuke like him for the wrong reasons, so he gets no respect.

Sasuke is how he is for a reason. He has a goal and he follows thru. He does what he wants. same with Naruto and everyone else.

Sure they have some freedoms, but they all ask and wait for permission to go on a mission, or do something.

For example, Naruto and co had to wait until Tsunade gave them permission to go after Sasuke. Sasuke does what Shikamaru did when he went after Hidan, all the time.

He doesn't wait around for anyone if he wants to do something he's going to do it and no ome's going to stop him.

lol sasuke imo just does it in a cooler way. an example is when obito was on the floor, everyone was pretty cool then suddenly sasuke dashes towards him with his sword brought out in order to kill him. naruto shouted for him to stop and all but sasuke just moves straight on and would have ended him if kakashi didnt interfere and want to kill obito himself. stuffs like that just makes you like him at, taking actions and not giving a shit, well at least thats why i likee him.

Funny you mention missions. Sasuke doesn't have a kage to give him missions like the Konoha 11 does. How would he not do what he wants to by your logic? Also, how do you know that the K 11 don't want to listen to the hokage? What if they like their jobs?

When Sasuke was back in Konoha, he took orders from the hokage as well. Also, there is a fine line between strong will/determination, and just plain stupidity or wrecklessness.

Also, by your logic: Any rouge ninjas does what they want to. This just means that you like rouge ninjas (either that or people who can't hold jobs).

And when I saw that there was microwavable bacon in the fridge I went and got 3 pieces. The serving size said 2 pieces, but I didn't give a crap. Is this the cooler way that you are referring to?
