Sasuke has spend His Young life in achieving maximum power to get His revenge, He hasn't made any room for love in His life, It is the Girls who have made moves on Him, Sasuke is yet to show interest in any particular Girl. Sakura only advantage was that She was on team 7, but that now fells like was thousands of years ago to Him.

Karin judging by how Sasuke almost killed Sakura, even though he did the same with Karin, Sasuke doesn't try to kill or injure Karin. Besides, Karin just keeps traveling with Sasuke. If sasuke were to think Karin is useless, she'd be dead by now.
