Orochimaru for hokage. He's the best candidate. He's by far the most well rounded - Intelligent, taijutsu/kenjutsu/ninjutsu/genjutsu master, immortal, possible sage mode, fuinjutsu, kinjutsu, etc etc etc. No one else has such a roster. who needs will of fire when you're immortal.
