he may have been more careful of his hands and awareness and could have defeated hiruzen before hiruzen could of summoned the sealing technique.

Still Oro. Quite clearly, throughout the entire battle, Oro was holding back. If he hadn't had the aid of his Edo's (which is what I assume you're talking about), he would have amped it up, and still defeated Hiruzen. However, his arrogance would still be there, which means he is still open to getting caught by the death god. Still, overall, Oro would still win.

Oro would have won if he wasn't so arrogant against those he considers to be inferior to him. He needs to learn not to toy with his opponents.

That's not a victory, it's a last ditch move for a draw and Oro would have survived the move so technically, he gets the victory.

Another example is Deidara vs. Sasuke, which Sasuke won simply because Deidara killed himself but Sasuke survived.
