Who do you think would have a Hachiko-like loyalty for Konoha?

Other than possibly Naruto and maybe Jiraiya, who do you think would have a Hachiko-like (you know, the Akita that waited for his master at the Shibuya train station for nearly 10 years after his master's death from May '25-March '35) loyalty for Konoha?

Served little Sarutobi his first dish of Ramen and gave Danzou and his team mates meals in the Academy
Organized a Ramen eating contest for little Jiraiya, Oro and Tsunade
Fed Minato while he was a kid while forcing him to watch his weight
....he even fed Itachi when Itachi went on a break time during the massacre.

Four ninja wars...an attack by Nagato and the Ramen Guy is still in Konoha....refusing to open a branch in other villages?
