Oonoki: I believe Oonoki will die because he's old and needs to pass the Will of Stone down and he's not going to retire from office to do so.
A: He has one arm and one jutsu left against Madara
Gai: He'll have to open the 8 Gates before the reinforcements arrive
Kakashi: He's completed his purpose in the manga and he doesn't have much chakra (4 raikiri's 3 kamuis) and iirc he's been in the war for some time
Bee: may die just of out of plot no jutsu and the 8 tails hasn't been particularly useful in this war
Itachi: may release himself
Anko: I have no idea about Anko but I reckon she may die and be used in attempt to bring back Oro
Madara: Common someone will beat him...
Tobi: And I'm hoping Tobi and Kabuto get away and because the villians for another arc though I think Tobi will bite the dust so Kabuto( maybe Oro too) may survive to be the next major villian especially since the first major villian was Oro it would be fitting to see the manga end that way. Besides that how I always imagined Tsunade dying... taking out Kabuto or Oro

Tsunade: However I don't think Tsunade is going to die yet. She doesn't need to die to pass on the title of Hokage as Hiruzen passed the title on to Minato. She hasn't finished passing down all her medical knowledge which is still necessary. She has had ok moments but no real shining moments.
Mei: Her jutsus will keep her allive
Gaara: Too young to die, and he's died once already I don't think Kishi will kill him again.
Yamato: Where the hell is this guy at anyway?
