Law is more whitebeard cuz he gets along with straw hat crew same whitebeard with Rodger Shiki sorted of hated Rodger and didn't respect him sort of how Kidd is towards luffy. Shiki is also missing limbs same with kid. Whitebeard was stated to have the strongest fruit, whereas laws fruit is dubbed the ultimate fruit
And law is more relevant to story than Kidd he was ever since it was confirmed that he was a D ..... Not to mention law power (making someone immortal) sort of can b interpreted that luffy (because of the gears and injections that shortened his life span ...) will end up in the same situation that Rodger was in (die young) and law will play virtal role potentially making luffy immortal etc... At least one way to look at

but law has more relevance to the story cuz the mistory of the D.. And stuff just points to him being more of whitebeard

Kid will be stronger. I feel like Law is getting developed as Luffy's greatest ally(more now that he had to rely on Luffy when it came to take down his goal of life) when Kid will be his antagonist in the pirates of this generation. They always one up each other, have similar crew potential(with a second in the worst generation), follow crossing paths(Luffy wants to target Shanks first, Kid targets him first) and so on
