We knew each villan had someone to kill to make the battle more meaningful:

Obito kill Neji
Madara and obito kill a good amount of shinobi allliance along with shikamaru and Ino
Madara technically kill Sasuke and Naruto


So who will Sasuke kill ?These are potential candidates

The GoKages

Onoki:Kage summit encounter ,he too old for this current generation new era
Gaara :If one tailbeast revive him after death
Raikage : Because of past battle at the kage summit,and the kidnapping of Hguya clan member in the past
Mei :Because of the blood mist drama and kage summit encounter

Team 7

Kakashi :Because he do not have any relevant to the series since his power gone .If Kakashi become hokage,he do not be strong by himself to stop oponents
Naruto:Sasuke could kill him and Hamura or another entity give him a power up along with reviving him.


Konoha 11

Sai:He is sasuke replacement,and he had doubt for Sasuke helping Shinobi alliance.Sai could possibly sneak attack Sasuke to revenge Danzo death and die in the process
