See, most people think he's Izuna or Obito.
My Predictions are basically... "If Tobi has Kamui or a Space/Time warp Sharingan Jutsu."
Obito Uchiha
If he is: The Kamui is Obito's Magenkyo Tech, then he is the only one to use it. Since Kakashi took one of Obito's eyes, he can now use one of Obito's unique Techniques. With the other eye, Tobi could use any of those kinds of abilities. Tobi/Obito could have survived the rock, or he could've found Obito's other eye, giving him the ability, Kamui. Obito surviving the rock is probably the only way Tobi could possibly be Obito, or have a part of Obito in him. Oh, and here's a fun fact about eyes: Your eyes never grow bigger, they stay the same size. In Naruto, I bet dead people's eyes would still work in your eye sockets though.

Izuna Uchiha
If Tobi was Izuna, Izuna was probably the Uchiha Clan member who was the first one to use Kamui. I mean, Tobi is extremely strong. They said Izuna/Madara was extremely strong. I read somewhere they had the same weight, and Tobi's only like an inch taller than Izuna. He probably grew a little, and stayed alive somehow. If you're wondering why Tobi hasn't used any of his Magenkyo Sharingan abilities is because Madara took both of Izuna's eyes, which had Magenkyo Sharingan activated. Tobi would then somehow get another pair of Uchiha eyes, and use them. He could've found Obito's and used his as I said earlier.
- It's so annoying making theories and finding flaws in it.
