Whoever it is, it probably answers the long debate on how is the fight between the Straw Hats and Doflamingo gonna end.

Because Doflamingo is too powerful to be defeated this early in the game, yet, after the Time-Skip, it wouldn't do having the Straw Hats defeated or being forced to retreat. Thus the "new" character, if it isn't Doflamingo himself, is the balancer, the one who is gonna intercept Doflamingo allowing a morally and fit "escape" from the fight

Agreed. I wanted to say Kaido but why would he be alone, without his crew, and in the ocean??... But besides that let's not forget the People that watched what has been happening in Punk Hazard through the snails!! Shit is going to go down soon...
