who do you think is the worst ninja?

By worst i mean is weakest and overall not skilled in combat.

I think iruka is the worst. He's only chunin level and has only shown to be able to perform basic ninja skills. His only shown jutsu was a sealing technique and a transformation jutsu. I believe that all the ninja from the first series has surpassed him which would put him at the bottom with the newly formed teams(until the kids get older and stronger)
