Please only people we seen fight because comparing people by info isnt fair. Skill is better than talk. The order means nothing. I want to see who do you think are up their.
Madara (Okay he cant do everything like the edo did but still)
Obito (Almost no one can solo him)
SM Kabuto (In his cave he is basically untouchable)
Naruto (Look at him now pretty beast)
Sasuke (He not dumb. He understand and knows his limit. If you can spam one move why not. You can block or stop it so avoiding it is you only opinion. Smart not stupid)
Deidara (Because he got beat by sasuke people say he wack. At that time no one would be able to beat him. Another smart one)
Kisame (By himself he is beast with samehada unlimited chakra. If fused unbeatable if his mission was to kill bee he would be dead)
Itachi (He proves in every fight he been in that he can hold his own in any fight)
Kakashi (With his new stamina, chakra boost and semi spamming of kamui he just became a force)
Jiraiya or Orochimaru not sure yet
