Who do you think is the most well-developed character throughout the series?

Alright, this isn't a bash thread of any characters okay so please do not argue about your opinionated thoughts of under development of characters..

Would of said Naruto too, but I can't get behind someone who was all about "**** Destiny, hardwork will prevail" and then he turns out to be this child of prophecy, destined to be the next sage.

Well Madara,Naruto and Sasuke are nearly always mentioned within 3 chapters so probably those have the most story however who do i think has the best story would probably be Nagato,Obito-Kakashi rivalry and Sasuke-Itachi stuff

I voted Hinata because i believe she is the best one-dimensional character from the series. She loves Naruto and Kishi showed us that in every decent way possible in NarutoVerse.

Even if she is not a compelling character to the story-line if you take any other multi-dimensional character from the list and pick only one of their traits you will find out that that specific trait is not presented as good as Hinata's love for Naruto.

I think one should exclude Naruto and Sasuke because they are obviously the most developed chars.
If not, then the plot wouldn't be great as it is now.

I pick Hinata, not only because she is my favorite character, but she has had a decent development.
She had a not so many panels in the manga, a secondary character, but Kishi has been able to showcase her emotions, past life, background and development.

Development clearly manifests in a considerable change in power, attitude and skill, which Hinata has shown.
She was known as a weak Hyuuga, but now she is living to his father's standard, or at least she is getting closer to that.

Other notable developments:
Sakura
Lee(has fewer panels to show though)
Ino(man, she's pretty useful in war)

As you can see throughout the posts, some people do not agree with Naruto or Sasuke having good development or at least aren't worth mentioning, meaning they're entitled to their opinion or know they already are obvious. This is why I put as many character options as I could think of that matches the question.
