lolwut that guy is a one sexy Uchiha. Scars make him even hotter(esp that one on the lip hehe) I guess, in universe, by Naruto characters he would be considered disfigured, but the way he is drawn, **** no

And to OP, I don't think there are any ugly characters in Kishi's manga, because he uses similar facial structures while drawing people. I guess only old folks could be considered not attractive(which is given) and maybe 4th raikage. Even Kabuto and Oro with all their creepy snake stuff are attractive.
