Who do you think is the Most Efficient Ally? (Sakura (Part 1) Or Rin

Which one of these characters do you think is a more efficient and valuable ally? (Part 1 Sakura and Rin during the kakashi chronicles, so her effectiveness in this time span. Based on either combat or support.

I think Rin is better support since at the time she had a considerable skill in medical ninjutsu.

Yet sakura seems to be more skilled in combat and taijutsu, both of them are also skilled in resisting genjutsu.
