Hades... i don't think Zeref will turn out to be evil in the end, and Ultear did reveal her true motives and the whole reason why she did that, so she wasn't truly evil so... Hades is my choice.

every arc has its villian.....this acrs villian is Master Hades

and i think next arc is gonna be something related to luxus's dad, we didnt hear anything about him..
so u cant decide who is the main villian

The main villain will probably be Zeref, his existence was the cause of some of the arcs
