Here is how I see it:

Sasuke - has the rinnegan, so automatically he is way too OP since we know rinnegan users can basically do anything really if they learn it. He has the most potential to become even stronger than he currently is.

Naruto - has rikudou safe mode which on its own is OP but then he also has all the 9 tailed beasts powers too. Ridiculously OP.

Imo they're equal.

Add on to that Naruto's superiority in speed, strength, reserves & durability; then take into account his advantage in experience and you have your answer.

I think at the moment Naruto is stronger just because I think Sasuke got the inferior power-up. I mean one Rinnegan power-up at this ppoint in the Manga is not THAT impressive. But Sasuke's Rinnegan is different because of the Sharrinegan. I don't know so far Naruto has impressed me more.

i think they are pretty equal, but i think it will come to a draw. Naruto and Sasuke obviously work it out because they both live to see the last movie. Anyway, i think Naruto will bring Sasuke around in the end by talking him out of his plan (even though i think it makes sense) but i doubt Sasuke will return to Konoha. Can't wait to see the showdown!
