Hinatas gentle fist halts the flow of Sakuras chakra. Sakura has to rely on a OHKO to be able to win otherwise her chakra gets cut off and I don't see her pulling out chakra like Naruto did during his fight with Neji...Don't forget, Neji would've won that fight if Naruto hadn't used Kurama's chakra to force his points open again.
