I think next one will be chopper because of fighting style.Chopper to make his punch even stronger then before. Nami,Franky can't have it right now due to their fighting style so as robin as she can catch anyone just by seeing.Brook DF is soul so no need of Ar. haki atleast not now as he can attach his body parts by just drinking milk but later he can have Observation Haki+Ar..

Yeah, if I remember correctly it was during th fight with Mr.1.... I also believed that it was his haki, but it was never confirmed or ever stated later onwards.....

Robin needs armament haki but aside from that none of them really need any of the haki.
