I think Cavendish win the block Coz if I were to approximate bounties for Colloseum gladiators it be less 100mil and seeing as C.dish is 200plus and with that stoping of Chinjao's buto I think he can win it. As for Rebecca I don't think she will b that much much stronger than Colloseum usuals.
In percentages I wld say Cavendish40%
Rebecca-20% coz of maybe plot importance
Other - 40%
but hey we just gotta wait for maestro Oda to play out his masterpiece.

I think Cavendish is gonna win, he's strong. Personally I wanted Rebecca to win but she doesn't seem that much strong right now (that's why think that she might eat Mera Mera). She might surprise us but still, Block D, Cavendish is most probably gonna win, , dude blocked a headbutt from Chinjao and holds a meito.
