Hashirama is strong enough to break it. Tobirama did a decent job resisting it. Hiruzen and Minato aren't strong enough escape otherwise they would have done it already.

Hashi is the only one that can break out of it by himself. He can probably break the others out of it though

hashirama already did, oro can control tobirama with all his might, but he has minato and hiruzen...

Hashirama already did it. I think Tobirama would do it since he was the creator he might know the seals for breaking it as well.

Minato sure can and might use seals that can affect the binding technique. Same might go with Hiruzen as well
