Ok So I made a bet with this friend of mine..not on here but in real life...and she said Kisame is better than Minato but I said no. which one is better?

Do I argued for hours with some people who said Kisame and we agreed in the end that 1 out of 10 Kisame would win 3 times out of 10 stalemate and the other 6 times Minato would win and this is if Kisame had intel on Minato so yea.
