why create an antidote when you can just allow the person to die and then bring them back..

Name any other ninja who can touch someone's eye socket and instantly grow another eyeball. Compared to every other ninja in the world barring Sasuke no one else can. Not Tsunade not Kabuto or any other medical ninja in the world so your whole point is Unwarranted. No other ninja can do that so you can stop signaling Sakura as if this is just a simple jutsu U_U

Nobody is belittling Sakura's abilities in the medical field.. She's great.. then someone said she's better than Naruto and Sasuke is terms of her ability to heal and synthesize antidotes to poison..
Now think about that.. Does Naruto really need to create an antidote to save someone from poisoning?? He could just let the person die and then bring the back via RSM..
Sasuke too could revive the person via Rinne Tensei, and yes he won't die after using it..

So yeah Sakura is a great medic but Naruto and Sasuke are on a a different level altogether even in her field of expertise

They have no knowledge in such things should the extreme happen and they cannot rely on thier jutsu to save someone's life medically. Sakura does.

If both of them cant use chakra I dont think that Sakura would be more useful than Naruto.

With Naruto she was able to use her knowledge only because she used chakra first.

Her body knowledge without power is nothing.
