Although Kakashi has large reserves now, Raikiri variants wouldn't be enough to put Oro down. Toneri isn't countable since he's lost his doujutsu, leaving Oro and the only two from alive K11 to become Jounin; Sakura and Lee. They won't be able to, since it'd take more than any taijutsu to kill him.

Who else? Hmm... There's Killer Bee. But his BD is ass... couldn't even kill Suigetsu at point blank (and explosions are more dangerous in water) where KN4 Naruto's destroyed the Triple Rashoumon and a portion of forest. Then there's Gaara... Yamata no Jutsu would probably manhandle SSF.
