In terms of eye KG, I'd go with the Rinnegan (which of course gives kudos to the sharingan as well)

As far as KG jutsu I'd say it is a tie between Mokuton and Dust release. The power to create life and the power tp destroy it on the molecular level!

But the Rnnegan wasn't Nagato's. I would say Mokuton or Sharigan, because of the major role in plot and all of the hype.

I would have to agree with Mouton, but more specifically Hashiramas Mokuton. As we see in the manga copies of the Mokuton are never quite as strong. The only person who has a comparable power is Edo Madara with a Mokuton close to Hashi's.
