Obito - "I'm mad cuz my crush died for the sake of the village. I'm gonna start a world war, derpity derp derp" what was she hoping to get out of it? If he wanted rin that bad , why didn't he ask Kabuto to Edo tensei her. ?

Kiba/Nardo- " when I grow up I wanna be hokage". = A bunch of kindergardeners saying they want to be president when they grow up. For no reason. Just to be president. They lack motive , they just want a title.

Rin's death is what made Obito realize that the world is filled with pain,suffering,sadness,fighting,war,death,etc.He wanted to end that,and bring peace to the world.Everything wasn't just for Rin.

Naruto wanted to be Hokage so he could gain everyones respect.Everyone used to look down on him.This was shown in chapter 1.He wanted to be awknowledge by them.Now he wants to he the Hokage so he can protect Konoha,attain peace,etc.

Naruto lacked motive? He wanted the village yo acknowledge him. Period. (Though the motive was childish, but was very well justified by the fact that he was shunned by everyone). You would have probably commited suicide if you were in his place. Just saying.

(Edited: Obito was a good and cool character until Kishi tried to spoil by constantly showing the Rin flashbacks. One or two would have sufficed)

That makes sense during Kage summit/war arc, while villages weren't really united against main antagonists Madara and Obito. Now his plan just destroy all progress between villages.

Obito already did that when he forced the Gokage to form an alliance by capturing the bijuu, pretending to be Madara, and declaring war on all of them. The alliance was formed because Obito cornered them into doing it. He even told them his whole plan to spook them into doing it. The fact remains that Sasuke's motive is stupid because what he wants to do has already been done. Everyone united and directed their hate at Obito/Madara/Zetsu/Kaguya.
