Well, this base allows for theories as well. We dont only have to sum up facts .
Some people believe Hiruzen has Monkey sage mode for example.

he was a partial sage but kabuto completed it. now I guess he's a dragon sage

I think theres only sage mode for the three places that kabuto mentioned

i think there is only

toad sage mode > jiraya naruto
snake dragon sage mode> orochimaru kabuto
slug sage mode I think hashirama and maybe tsunade sakura too
